Dr Coert Grobbelaar graduated from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, in 2004.  After completing his internship and community service in Cape Town South Africa, he worked at a Community Health Centre and rural GP practice in Grabouw, South Africa.

He thereafter spent 4 years in Queensland, Australia in several different hospital departments.  Upon his return to South Africa he worked at South Africa’s largest GP practice (providing 24hr care) as well as in clinical research (conducting clinical trials).

Dr Grobbelaar joined Clanmaurice in March, 2022 and is residing in Ballyheigue.  He has a keen interest in plants and animals.  He has got pet chickens as well as several rare plants, including air plants and succulents
